In addition to teaching in person, Janita facilitates international retreats and mindful experiences around the world and is currently teaching a new generation of yoga teachers together with her yoga partner in South Africa.
Yoga is so much more than making shapes with your body – it is a mindful practice that allows you to explore all the parts of yourself both on and off the mat. I enjoy guiding classes that allow each individual to connect with the unique language of their body and their breath, sometimes through a challenging flow practice and sometimes through a calming yin practice.
