How you eat, sleep, and move through the seasons. What energizes you and what depletes you. It starts with understanding your unique constitution and works outward from there. In this workshop we explore the foundations: the five elements, the three doshas, and what your constitution reveals about the way you naturally live. Through a guided self-inquiry you’ll begin to recognize your own patterns — not as a label, but as a first conversation with yourself.
You leave with a clearer sense of your own nature and a few small, concrete things to incorporate into your daily routines right away.
