Private yoga lessons offer individually tailored sessions based on your unique circumstances, needs and preferences. We offer a number of different yoga and movement disciplines as well as slower paced meditation, mindfulness or breathwork practices. Whether you prefer to practice in the comfort of your own home, at your office, or in the studio, these one-on-one sessions are shaped entirely around you.

Life can sometimes knock us off balance – through stress, injury, illness or simply doing too much for too long. Private yoga sessions offer a chance to gently rebuild that balance with a teacher to guide you to feel calmer, stronger and more at ease – both on and off the mat. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, we’ll take the time to understand your needs, your goals and any injuries or specific challenges you may be navigating. From there, we design a program that truly supports your body and your life.

Janita Janssen is an experienced, English-speaking yoga teacher offering thoughtfully designed sessions for individuals or small private groups. Each session is created with care and intention, ensuring a practice that feels both supportive and aligned with your personal goals. Whether you wish to focus on movement, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, foundational yoga principles or more dynamic and challenging flows, Janita tailors each experience to suit your unique needs. Jessica Strijker teaches private classes to both beginners and advanced students in vinyasa yoga, slow flow yoga, and yoga with dumbbels. She has a functional yoga approach, meaning the poses are not a goal in themselves, but a means to an end. Jessica teaches stimulating classes tailored to your personal needs.
